1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Nakatsu, Osaka, Japan.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

Japan (domestic)
United States (international)

3. Carriers

Japan (domestic)	Japan Post (Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express may be used depending on the shipment)
United States	DHL Express

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Japan (domestic)	2–5 business days after dispatch
United States (DHL Express)	3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. HAKKO SHISHO is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

7. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped to the United States:

All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in your order total.
HAKKO SHISHO is not able to predict or cover these costs.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

8. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

9. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at the email below. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
