Start with Picklestone. Cut vegetables, add salt, set the stone. By morning, you have traditional Japanese tsukemono (漬物) ready to eat—fermented overnight without vinegar, preservatives, or effort. It takes five minutes of preparation and fits anywhere in the refrigerator. The rest happens on its own.
Add the T-Unit for cold brew dashi, tea, or broth—made overnight in the same glass jar system, ready when you wake up.
