Picklestone T-Unit Jar Free

Everything you need for cold brew — just bring your own jar.

The T-Unit Jar Free set includes the stainless steel filter and components that transform any compatible Picklestone glass jar into a cold brew vessel. No glass jar included — designed for those who already have a Picklestone kit and want to put the same jar to work between pickling batches.

Drop the filter in. Add green tea leaves, hojicha, a strip of kombu, or dried katsuobushi. A pinch of salt means your dashi will come out already seasoned. Close it, set it in the fridge, and sleep. By morning, your cold brew is ready — clear, rounded, and free of bitterness.

Pair it with Picklestone and you have tsukemono pressing on one shelf, dashi brewing on another. Add hot water and rice in the morning and you have ochazuke. A whole Japanese breakfast, assembled from a single jar and a small filter.
